When you arrive at our HQ a member of staff will issue you with keys (there is a small key deposit of 20 Euros per set, we lost a lot last year when people did not hand them back). We then need a photocopy of one passport and the payment of any outstanding monies (in cash). We will then take you to your flat and explain how things operate. We do need an estimated time of arrival, so if you have not done so, email me with your best estimate. Checking in time is between 2.00pm and 5.30pm. And checking out time is 10.am This is to allow our nice girls time to change all the beds etc for the new arrivals.
