Room Rates
Our rate per person per night
generally depends on what nights you are after, and how many nights and how
many are in your group. This year 2008 we are doing four packages;
The 5th,6th
and 7th @ £75 GBP ($150 USD) per person per night
The 8th,9th
and 10th @ £65 GBP ($130 USD) per person per night
The 11th and 12th
@ £75 GBP ($150 USD) per person per night
The 13th and 14th
@ £50 GBP ($100 USD) per person per night
In general our min. rate (apart from
some spaces for the 13th and 14th) is £65 (GBP) or $130
(USD) per person per night, the first few nights and the weekend are more
expensive. However if you were very lucky and you were filling a late space we
might be able to shave that slightly. Basically if you are a budget traveller,
we suggest that you look for the campsites that are 40km outside of town. Accommodation
is like gold dust in
Because the apartments are in the old part of town they are by definition old! If you want a new apartment, it is not a problem but it will be an hours walk away and taxis are impossible to get during the fiesta. Our group has a number of apartments in the old part of town, some are for 4 people, most are for 6 or 8 people. So if you are a small group you will have a room in one of our apartments with others from the Posse in the rest of the rooms.
Balconies overlooking the run
Sometimes we do get apartments with
Balconies overlooking the run, but in general the film crews and journalists book
these and the are very very
expensive. However we can arrange balcony spaces at an average rate of between £45
(GBP) ($90 USD)
and £65 GBP ($130 USD) per person per morning bull run. Then again you can get
up at 5.00 am and watch from behind the barracades
for free, it is a shit view and you have to wait in the cold for over 2 hours.
We do suggest that if you want to run with the bulls then you should watch
first from a balcony. You can check out the view you get from one of our Estafeta Balconies in the film clip below.
